Movut Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Movut is a personal productivity app. It doesn't ask for health data and isn't designed to track health. But you can write anything in your goals, habits, tasks or your North (for example “take my medication” or “sleep 8 hours”), and under these laws such text may count as consumer health data. This policy explains what happens to it.
Controller: Gabriel Jesús Alcarra Bolívar, Madrid (Spain) · hola@movut.app.
What we collect
Only what you choose to write in the app (titles, descriptions, notes) and the activity related to it (for example, marking a habit as done). We don't collect biometric data, precise location, data from health apps or devices, or anything inferred about your health.
Why we collect and use it
Solely to provide the service you asked for: show your content to you, keep it in your account and sync it, share it with members of a project you share, and suggest steps when you ask for AI help. If your iPhone has Apple Intelligence, that suggestion is made on the iPhone itself and nothing leaves it; otherwise, and only if you give permission, we send the text of that project or step to our AI provider. We never use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Sources
You. We don't receive health data from any third party.
Who we share it with
- Supabase (hosting, Ireland/EU) and Anthropic (AI, USA, only when you request AI help without Apple Intelligence and give permission), as processors bound by contract.
- Members of a project you share, who see that project's content.
- No one else. We never sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You can access and export your data and delete it (or your whole account) in Settings › Data, and withdraw consent for AI help in Settings › Privacy. You can also email hola@movut.app to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see the list of third parties and affiliates it was shared with, request deletion, or appeal a decision on your request. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General (www.atg.wa.gov) or your state's attorney general.
